The fit of a swimsuit should be based upon your individual needs and preference. This size guide refers to competition suits, which are designed to fit the body tightly, in order to provide superior muscle compression. these suits are designed to be worn for short lengths of time, and therefore if you wish to train in one, for your comfort we recommend purchasing a larger size.

2. Waist

Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

3. Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips keeping the tape horizontal.

Place the beginning of the tape measure on the middle of the shoulder. Run the tape measure over the fullest part of your bust down between your legs and up your back to the start point on your shoulder.

2. Chest

Measure over the fullest part of your bust.

3. Waist

Measure around your navel (bend to the side to find the dent, this is where your waist is).

4. Hip

Measure around widest point of the hips and bum.
